While most of these treats are simple enough for a weeknight family dessert or a casual potluck, many are special enough to shine on your Thanksgiving holiday table. For instance, my cheesecake balls are a wonderful snack to keep handy in the fridge, sheet pan cobbler makes a delightful fall brunch treat, and a pecan pie cheesecake is sure to be a show-stopping holiday masterpiece.

The classic flavors of autumn are always so comforting and timeless. So pour yourself a hot apple cider or a warm cup of coffee, choose a recipe, and let’s get your kitchen smelling like fall.

Stephanie’s Favorite Recipes

These are the recipes I make year after year. Some celebrate the very beginning of the season when peaches are still at their best, while others have become Thanksgiving traditions or my favorite cozy weekend baked treats.

If I had to choose just a handful of desserts to make every fall, these would be at the top of my list.

Cherry Cobbler Muffins

I always find myself making these in the fall. My version of Cherry Cobbler Muffins is everything I love about a warm fruit cobbler. It’s all tucked into a soft, buttery muffin with a crumb topping I could honestly eat by the spoonful.

a close up shot of a Cherry Cobbler Muffin

Sheet Pan Cobbler

One of the reasons I love making Sheet Pan Cobbler is that everyone gets to choose their favorite fruit. It’s such a fun dessert for family gatherings, and I never have to decide between peach, cherry, or blueberry because they’re all in the same pan.

Peach Cobbler Muffins

I can’t resist making Peach Cobbler Muffins when peaches are in season. The local fruit stands sell baskets of juicy, fresh-picked peaches that are perfect for baking. These muffins come out soft and have that buttery cinnamon streusel topping that makes them taste like homemade cobbler.
