You will need:
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 ½ tbsp granulated white sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup vanilla creamer
- whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice for the top

A simple pumpkin spice blend would be 4 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon cloves and ½ teaspoon nutmeg. Mix and store in an airtight container.
HOW TO MAKE THIS HOMEMADE PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
STEP ONE: Grab a glass mixing cup and add milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, and the pumpkin pie spice then whisk together.
STEP TWO: Place in the microwave and heat for 1 minute. Remove and pour into your latte glass.
STEP THREE: Brew 1 cup of coffee and pour into the latte glass.
STEP FOUR: Add the vanilla creamer and top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
IN THE FRIDGE: Once the drink has cooled, you can store it in the fridge for a couple of days. It is best to leave the cream off if you aren’t going to drink it immediately as it will evaporate in the fridge.

Pop in the freezer for up to three months.To make the drink, add ⅓ cup of milk to a pan and heat up then add 2 tablespoons of latte mix. Heat until warm but not boiling and thoroughly mixed then continue the recipe.
