So what I have done is make the meat mixture and then freezing. Then I thaw it, make the egg noodles and then finish following the recipe from there — assembling and baking when I’m ready to serve. I have heard that you could make the entire dish and freeze it but I haven’t done it that way personally. Hope that helps!
