- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, divided
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups hot water

How to Make This Hot Fudge Sundae Cake Recipe
STEP ONE: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
