Buffalo Chicken Fries
As a busy mom, I rely on quick, yummy recipes that I can get on the table fast that our entire family will devour. This Buffalo Chicken Fries recipe fits the bill perfectly.
As we enter back to school season, our family menu is getting back to normal. As much as I love the lazy days of summer, I’ll admit, I really love our usual routine.
I actually love time spent in the kitchen each day with Sam, so I’m happy to be creating tasty lunches and dinners we can enjoy together.
On busy nights, I have my go-to meals that I know we can make quickly. Buffalo Chicken Fries are a family favorite. They are the perfect mix of crispy and cheesy with lots of big flavors to boot! My mouth is watering just thinking about them — I think you’ll love them.
They’re so easy to make as well and clean is a snap since everything comes together on one sheet pan. Brilliant!

We buy at least two bags of Tyson Any’tizers Chicken Fries every.single.week at PriceRite while grocery shopping. Sam could completely inhale them — they are definitely a favorite food for us.
Really, Sam is happy to grab any of the yummy Tyson products available while heading down the frozen food aisle when shopping. There are so many great options like Tyson® Chicken Nuggets and Tyson® Chicken Strips. It’s easy to fuel him up with plenty of protein for the busy weeks we have with back to school. I feel good about serving them since the chickens are never raised with antibiotics.
They’re so quick to make and bake up to crispy perfection in the oven. We make them for snacks or fast meals on their own — he loves dipping in ranch or barbecue sauce normally. Since he loves them so much, I wanted to create another way he could enjoy them… and thus, Buffalo Chicken Fries were born!
Not only are these an excellent weeknight dinner for your family, but you could also serve them as a game day appetizer.
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Fries
Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit and line an 11 x 17-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add frozen Tyson Any’tizers Chicken Fries and french fries to the baking sheet. Mix together and spread evenly over the baking sheet.
Cook for 10 minutes, toss and evenly spread out over baking sheet again. Return to oven.
Cook for another 7-10 minutes, or until fries are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese over the top of the mixture. Drizzle the ranch dressing and buffalo sauce over the top of the cheese and use a rubber spatula to spread out evenly over the cheese. Top with bacon, blue cheese, and green onions.
Return to the oven and cook until the cheese is bubbly and the sauce is hot. Serve immediately.
If you like things extra spicy, you can add more green onions and buffalo sauce.
I would also suggest you use block cheese that you shred yourself because shredded cheese doesn’t melt as well.
I have no doubt your family will love these Buffalo Chicken Fries — try them on a weeknight soon!
