  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make This Baileys Fudge Recipe

With only four ingredients, this creamy fudge will come together in a snap.

All you’ll need to do is melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk in the microwave before adding the Irish cream and vanilla.

Pour into a loaf pan and pop it into the fridge for a couple of hours before slicing and enjoying.

Follow our step-by-step instructions to make this treat.

STEP ONE: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.

Line the pan with enough parchment paper so that it overhangs the sides of the pan. This will give you a sling that will make lifting the fudge out of the pan easier.

STEP TWO: Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.

STEP THREE: Heat mixture, 30 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals. Heat for a total of 1 to 1½ minutes.

STEP FOUR: Stir until the chocolate is completely melted though the mixture is thick; then, stir in the Irish cream and vanilla extract. Initially, the mixture will be thick and lumpy, but as the Baileys incorporates, it will make a smooth, pourable mixture.

STEP FIVE: Spread the fudge mixture into the prepared loaf pan with a rubber spatula and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

To help cut the fudge after chilling, score a grid on the top of the fudge when it is barely set but still warm.
