  • 1 cup of crumbled bacon (1 pound or 16 slices)
  • 2 avocados, diced (about 1 cup)

  • 2 cups of grated jack or cheddar cheese
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced 
  • 2 chopped green onions, green parts only

PASTA: You could make this an even heartier salad by adding some cooked pasta. Rotini, farfalle, or penne would be ideal picks.
