OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS
The dip is fluffy, smooth, and creamy and it holds its shape. Alternatively, you could whip the whipped cream in a separate bowl and then fold it into the whipped cream cheese and marshmallow creme mixture.
STEP ONE: Use an electric mixer to beat together the cream cheese and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
PRO TIP:
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so that you don’t have any lumps in your sweet dip.

STEP TWO: Beat the brown sugar into the cream cheese mixture, and then add the marshmallow creme.

This dip is quite sweet, you can leave out the 1 tablespoon of brown sugar if you want it less sweet.

STEP THREE: With the hand mixer running at low speed, gradually add the heavy cream, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
