I don’t think I’ve ever met a fudge I didn’t like. It’s one of those desserts that feels a little nostalgic, takes surprisingly little effort, and somehow always disappears before everything else on the dessert table.

Over the years I’ve created fudge recipes in just about every flavor I could think of, from old-fashioned chocolate fudge and fantasy fudge to candy-inspired favorites, holiday classics, and fruity twists. Whether you’re making a batch for Christmas, packing up homemade gifts, or just want something sweet to keep on the counter, I think you’ll find at least a few new favorites in this collection.
