You’ll need:

  • 6 cups strong brewed coffee – or – brewed espresso
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Canned whipped topping for garnish (optional)
  • Ground nutmeg to garnish whipped topping (optional)

PRO TIP

Watch out when you are at the grocery store that you buy pure pumpkin puree and not canned pumpkin pie filling.

Substitutions and Additions

SPICES: You can replace the individual spices for 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice.

CREAM: For an even creamier taste, you can use heavy cream instead of half and half.

MAPLE SYRUP: Turn this into a maple pumpkin spice latte by adding a couple tablespoons of maple syrup into the slow cooker.

How To Make This Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

PRO TIP

The recipe can be cut in half for a smaller batch or doubled for a big batch if you have a larger slow cooker.

STEP TWO: Cook on high for 1 hour, or low for 2 hours.

LOVED this recipe! Such a great way to celebrate the beginning of fall. I don’t like my lattes too sweet, so I only used 1/4 cup sugar. Additionally, I ended up straining the end result because the pumpkin was making the drink too thick for my taste and it was settling at the bottom of my mug. Overall, a delicious way to start the morning and I will be making this again for sure!

  9. Jeannette Shields says

I love fall . 31 years ago, I had a brain aneurysm. It left me blind as well as a few other things, one being I couldn’t eat “normally “ and had to be “fed” via a feeding tube. Operations later, I can see with one eye and I can eat “normally”. I love fall because of the beautiful fall leaves we get where I live, walking down the street kicking the leaves that have fallen, the football games of my youth, eating and drinking everything apple related and trying new dishes like this. Thank you!

  10. Rachel Gray says

I’m definitely trying this! I love hiking in the fall and this sounded perfect to have waiting after I get home.
