- ⅔ cup of pink lemonade concentrate
- ⅔ cup of pink lemonade vodka (I used the Smirnoff brand)
- 2 tablespoons of simple syrup
- Fresh strawberries and lemon slices for garnish
Substitutions And Additions
VODKA: You can substitute plain vodka for pink lemonade vodka in this simple strawberry lemonade cocktail, but I really do recommend the pink lemonade version as it really works well to make a fantastic summertime cocktail. You can find pink lemonade vodka in brands such as Smirnoff, Pink Whitney by New Amsterdam, and Svedka, to name a few great options.
SIMPLE SYRUP: I like to keep a premade simple syrup in my liquor cabinet to use for a number of cocktails. You can easily find it at any liquor store. You can make your own by combining equal parts of water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan. You will heat it just until the sugar dissolves (do not boil it), then allow it to cool completely before use. It can be stored in a lidded mason jar for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
LEMONADE: You can use a traditional lemonade concentrate for the pink version. However, your drink will not be as pink as our recipe, but it will still taste delicious.
BOTTLED LEMONADE: You can use strawberry lemonade that is bottled in place of the concentrate, but just note that it will not be as strong of a lemonade drink (as it is already diluted). You may want to add a little more ice to get it to the consistency you desire.

You can make a single serving of this strawberry vodka lemonade recipe by just cutting the recipe in half. If you want to make a larger batch, you need to do so according to the capacity of your blender. You may want to turn the blender back on for a couple of seconds to recombine the ingredients if you make a larger batch and do not serve it all at one time.
STEP ONE: In the pitcher of a high-powered blender, add the ice, pink lemonade concentrate, pink lemonade vodka, and simple syrup.
