ALMOND EXTRACT: You can also add ½ teaspoon of almond extract to the egg mixture.

CINNAMON FILLING: To make a delicious cinnamon filling, you will need ⅓ cup granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons of melted salted sweet cream butter, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon. First, stir together all the ingredients using a small mixing bowl. Then, spread 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon mixture at the end of the flattened bread slices. Lastly, roll the flattened slices up.

STEP ONE: Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.

The thinner the strawberries are sliced, the easier they roll up.

STEP FOUR: Carefully roll the flattened piece of bread up. Be careful not to apply too much pressure and squish out the cream cheese mixture. Set it aside and repeat the steps.

STEP ONE: Using a 10 to 12-inch large skillet over medium heat to medium-high heat, melt butter.

STEP TWO: Dredge the roll-ups in the egg mixture and place them in the skillet. Be careful to keep the roll-ups separated enough so they can be easily turned. Keep an eye on the heat to ensure the butter does not burn.
