STEP ONE: Slice the pineapple into ½-inch rings. Slice the rings into quarters and pat dry.

STEP THREE: Add the brown sugar, melted butter, and allspice to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.

STEP FOUR: Toss the sliced pineapple chunks in the brown sugar mixture to coat completely.

Note that you will need to cook the pineapple pieces in batches.

STEP FIVE: Place the pineapple in a single layer in the prepared air fryer basket. Cook for 6 to 6½ minutes, and then flip the slices to cook for an additional 6 to 6½ minutes. Repeat for the remaining slices. Serve the air-fried pineapple while still warm.
