Parmesan Pork Chops Ingredients

Parmesan Pork Chops raw ingredients that are labeled

You’ll need:

  • ¼ cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
  • olive oil

SUBSTITUTIONS AND ADDITIONS

BONE-IN PORK CHOPS: The below instructions are for boneless pork chops, but you can also make this recipe with bone-in chops. Follow the same directions but bake them for longer. Depending on how thick your pork chops are, bake them for up to 45 to 50 minutes, until cooked through.

MAYO: This tasty twist adds mayo for a creamy base under the breadcrumbs. Before dipping your pork chops in breadcrumbs, spread mayo on each side. You’ll need 3 to 4 tablespoons of mayo.

BREAD CRUMBS: For added crunch in your crispy parmesan crust, you could use panko bread crumbs instead of Italian bread crumbs. If you only have plain bread crumbs, you could also make a homemade mix by adding Italian seasoning yourself.

How To Make This Parmesan Pork Chops Recipe

STEP ONE: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9-inch baking dish with foil.

PRO TIP:

Lining the pan with foil will make clean-up much easier.

STEP TWO: On a large plate or shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, seasonings, and parmesan cheese.
