Indoor s’mores are a heavenly treat that has an incredibly indulgent flavor. The combination of crunchy graham crackers, sweet marshmallows, and rich chocolate creates a flavor that is hard to forget!

The texture of the s’more is what really stands out, with the crunch from the graham cracker and the gooeyness of the melted marshmallows and chocolate.

To make this indoor treat, you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of salted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 4½ whole graham crackers (You will need to break the crackers in half to fit them into the pan)
  • 4 full-size chocolate bars (You will need to break 1 of the bars into sections to fit in the pan)
  • 36 full-size marshmallows

Substitutions And Additions

CHOCOLATE: You can use semi-sweet or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate if you want a deeper, more intense flavor. You can also substitute 3 cups of milk chocolate chips for the full-size chocolate bars.

GRAHAM CRACKERS: If you prefer a sweeter s’mores treat, try swapping the graham crackers for gingersnap cookies.

BUTTER: You can substitute nonstick cooking spray for the melted butter in this easy recipe.

How To Make This Indoor S’mores Recipe

You will be amazed at how quick and easy it is to make this pan o’ s’mores. Line your pan with the graham crackers, followed by the chocolate bars, and finally the marshmallows, just like a real s’more.

Bake and enjoy!

OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS

You can cook these easy indoor s’mores over a barbecue grill. Simply use a disposable baking dish. Be sure to keep a close eye on the marshmallows to ensure they do not burn.

STEP ONE: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Use a pastry brush to brush an 8×8 baking dish with the melted butter.

PRO TIP:

You could also use heavy-duty aluminum foil to line your baking dish before putting it in the oven. This will make cleanup easier and will also prevent sticking.

STEP TWO: Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with the graham crackers.

My family loves s’mores but we don’t have the opportunity to make them outdoors regularly. This recipe is super easy and so yummy! Kids can even make this on their own. (With supervision)
