OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS
You can cook these easy indoor s’mores over a barbecue grill. Simply use a disposable baking dish. Be sure to keep a close eye on the marshmallows to ensure they do not burn.
STEP ONE: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Use a pastry brush to brush an 8×8 baking dish with the melted butter.
PRO TIP:
You could also use heavy-duty aluminum foil to line your baking dish before putting it in the oven. This will make cleanup easier and will also prevent sticking.
STEP TWO: Line the bottom of the prepared baking dish with the graham crackers.
STEP THREE: Lay the full-size chocolate bars in a single layer on top of the graham crackers.
STEP FOUR: Layer the full-size marshmallows on top of the chocolate bars. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Allow the s’mores to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
PRO TIP:
To avoid burning the marshmallows, watch them closely as they bake and remove them from the oven as soon as they are golden brown.

My family loves s’mores but we don’t have the opportunity to make them outdoors regularly. This recipe is super easy and so yummy! Kids can even make this on their own. (With supervision)
