- 0.5 ounce of pineapple juice
- 1 ounce of white rum
- 1 ounce of peach nectar
- 2 ounces of Fireball cinnamon whisky
- Ice cubes (enough for the cocktail shaker and glass)
- Optional garnish ideas – Orange slices, maraschino cherries with stem, pineapple chunks
PRO TIP:
This recipe makes one cocktail; if you want to make a larger batch, adjust the ingredients accordingly.
Substitutions And Additions
PEACH NECTAR: If you can’t find peach nectar at the store, peach syrup works equally well in this cocktail recipe.
GRENADINE: If you don’t have grenadine, you can use these alternatives to add a sweet and fruity element to the cocktail.
CHERRY JUICE: Cranberry juice can provide a similar tartness and vibrant color to the cocktail.
For a slightly different fruity twist, raspberry juice can work as a substitute with its tart and sweet profile.
PINEAPPLE JUICE: Orange juice can bring a citrusy and refreshing flavor to the cocktail.
For a tropical variation, use mango juice to add a sweet and exotic note.
WHITE RUM: Light rum or silver rum can be used interchangeably with white rum to maintain the cocktail’s base spirit.
If you want to infuse a coconut flavor, consider using coconut rum, which pairs well with tropical fruit juices.
FIREBALL WHISKY: Cinnamon schnapps or cinnamon liqueur can offer a similar spicy and cinnamon kick without the whiskey base.
GARNISH: Citrus wedges can provide a zesty and fresh garnish. A sprig of fresh mint can add a burst of herbal aroma and a pop of color.
To enhance the cinnamon flavor, consider using a cinnamon stick as a garnish.
How To Make This Campfire Cocktail Recipe
When you make this cocktail, you will create two distinct layers in your glass to show off the beautiful colors of this drink.
The first part is made with cherry and pineapple juice and the rum in the shaker and poured into your glass with the grenadine and ice.
Next, the peach nectar and whisky are combined and carefully poured on top of the first layer to create this pretty drink.
OUR RECIPE DEVELOPER SAYS
Chill all ingredients prior to making to help keep the ice from melting.
STEP ONE: Add the grenadine to the glass, then fill the glass with ice.
STEP TWO: Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
STEP THREE: Add the cherry juice, pineapple juice, and rum to the cocktail shaker, then pour the rum mixture gently over the ice.
PRO TIP:
To help achieve a layered effect, you can pour cocktail components over the back of a spoon into the glass in steps 3 and 4.
STEP FOUR: Add the peach nectar and Fireball whisky to the cocktail shaker and shake until combined.
Pour the Fireball mixture gently into the glass over the rum mixture.
STEP FIVE: Add the optional orange, cherry, and pineapple garnish and serve.

This version would be a nice refreshing drink for a hot summer day/nightโฆBut for the winter – I would swap out the tart cherry to pomegranate juice and maybe swap out the pineapple to a crips tart orange juiceโฆ.
Anyway, the is an interesting drink that I would surely be having this up coming summerโฆ๐๐น
