Bet you’ll get extra points for cute presentation: pour extra Pebbles into clear glass bottles.

How to Make Fruit Pebbles Ice Cream

Position a cone in each bottle and top with a scoop of the playfully colored ice cream.

It’s a great way to take care of that pesky problem of serving ice cream cones to a group of kids. Or kids at heart.

Corral it all in a stylish tray for an awesome dessert table staging.

Doesn’t that make you want to smile? And sing and dance? And eat ice cream?!

Of course, you can also start your morning with a bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal. It might just kick-start happiness in your day!

You can make a variation of this by substituting Cocoa Pebbles Cereal for an extreme chocolate flavor, too.

Fruit Pebbles No-Churn Ice Cream

  • Author:

  • 2 cups cold whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups Fruity Pebbles

  1. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Turn mixer on low and pour in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Remove from stand and stir with a spatula, making sure everything is well combined. (Note: The sweetened condensed milk seemed to fall right to the bottom when I made it, so I gave it an extra mix by hand to make sure it was well incorporated.)
  4. Stir in 3 cups of Fruity Pebbles cereal.
  5. Scoop into a pan or freezer container and freeze for 6 hours.
