The fusion of zesty lemonade crystals with 100% pineapple juice creates a delightful blend of tangy brightness and tropical sweetness.

Chilled 7UP adds a fizzy quality to the drink, while ice cubes keep the drink cool and ready to keep you cool.

You’ll need:

  • 4 cups of cold water
  • 1 cup of Country Time Lemonade drink mix crystals
  • 2 cups of 100% pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of 7UP, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lemons and pineapple for garnish, optional

PRO TIP:

Make sure the juice is 100% pineapple juice rather than a pineapple drink.

Substitutions And Additions

FRUIT: Try adding frozen mango or strawberries in place of the ice cubes for an even more fruity flavor. What about a sprig of mint for a splash of green?

LEMONADE: Replace the plain lemonade mix with pink lemonade crystals for a fun drink for a little girl’s tea party.

7UP: Try Sprite or sparkling water in place of the 7UP for a fun twist on this classic summer lemonade.

ALCOHOL: You can make this simple drink into a spiked version by adding 8 to 12 ounces of alcohol, depending on how strong you want it.

Try vodka, tequila, bourbon, or coconut rum, depending on your preference.

STEP FOUR: Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with lemon slices and pineapple chunks if desired.

PRO TIP:

Add fun patterned paper straws to dress up your drink.

How To Serve

Serve this delicious drink in a pretty glass pitcher, punch bowl, or beverage dispenser with floating pineapple rings or lemon slices for a picture-perfect drink.

If you are serving in individual glasses, add frozen pineapple chunks in the glasses in place of ice cubes.

They work well for keeping the drink cold and don’t water it down the way the ice cubes would as they melt.

Storage

IN THE FRIDGE: This drink will lose its carbonation (fizz) after a couple of hours, so it is best to serve right away.

Even without the fizziness, it still has a nice flavor and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.

You could also leave out the soda and add it in at the last minute if you want to make it ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for a day or two before serving.

IN THE FREEZER: We do not recommend freezing any of the components of this drink, it is best made fresh.

This fresh pineapple lemonade punch makes you think of warm climates and afternoons at the beach. The perfect balance of tart lemon and sweet pineapple flavor will make it hard to sip this delightful drink slowly.
