No-Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream

By  |

Although ice cream is always in-season in my book, summer seems to beg for just a little bit more! Kick up the special on a summer birthday party dessert table by making your own homemade version, even without an ice cream maker. This no-churn recipe is easy to put together and of course you can substitute any color of frosting to best match your party decorations. The colorful sprinkles are a great idea for adding an extra measure of fun to any celebration.

Not birthday time at your house? Include this ice cream with tent forts, water balloons, squirt guns, and neighborhood kids on a hot day. You’’ll have a great play date going in your own back yard—what a cool mom!
