How To Make This Hot Fudge Sundae Cake Recipe

STEP ONE: Preheat the oven to 350°F.

STEP TWO: In an 8 x 8 glass baking dish, mix together the flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and baking powder.

The cake is supposed to have a pudding-like bottom so don’t worry if the bottom of your cake is not a cake-like texture when it is finished baking.
