From The Melrose Family
Cinnamon Caramel Energy Bites are a sweet treat to add to your child’s lunch box that will give them the boost of energy that they need to make it through the rest of the school day. They taste just like a homemade cookie, but they are made of mostly healthy ingredients that you can feel good about. Pitted dates, dried apples, oats, and a dash of cinnamon make for a deliciously healthy flavor combination.

Drained and rinsed garbanzo beans are tossed with a splash of olive oil and a dash of salt, then baked in the oven until nice and crisp. They are perfect to try for a fiber-packed snack and super easy to pack for lunches and car rides.

Another great alternative for traditional chips, these crispy little pear chips are super sweet and all natural. From Weelicious
Kids love fruit roll ups and other fruit leather snacks – at least my kids do! Unfortunately, the store-bought versions are full of preservatives and who knows what else. Plus, it can easily be stored at room temperature for a few months.
