It seems a lot of time is marked off by holidays—and they seem to be coming faster these days! I love making much of the sweet holiday moments without it taking too much of that precious commodity called time.
To that end, I’ve been scouting out ideas to make life easier. Parties and celebrations are easier to pull together when you have the right tools. I bought a new HP Envy 5530 printer before Thanksgiving and it is awesome! I’m especially appreciating the crisp, clear colors it produces. At the same time that I bought my printer, I enrolled in their HP Instant Ink program. I want to tell you it is a wonderful time saver!
When I’m printing out party labels and medallions I don’t want to get stuck without ink in the middle of a project. I used to try to have at least one extra ink cartridge on hand but too often I forgot to buy the extra and didn’t realize until I went to grab it. Grrr. Now I let my printer do the work’—it orders original HP ink for you when the printer is running low. The service ships it straight to you so you can print whenever you want—even in the middle of the night when you’re getting ready for a party!
With Easter just around the corner, I’ve made a free, downloadable printable to share with you. Use my idea for a cute favor or a fun place setting decoration for Easter dinner. You could also tuck it into an Easter basket. All you need is a small, clear jar (you could even use an empty baby food jar; just paint the lid), white candies (mine are yogurt covered almonds), and a cotton ball. And the printable. Easy! Do it now and you won’t have to be getting Easter décor ready in the middle of the night. ๐
This HP Instant Ink replenishment program is available for any compatible HP printer (check this list to see if your HP printer is eligible). In addition to not having the hassle of remembering to order the ink, you can save up to 50% on the ink.
