These creamy mashed potatoes make the perfect side dish to a kid-friendly meal!

I’m happy to partner with Mirum to bring you these ideas.

Life is busy… can I get an amen?

There is always something happening at our house — it’s a well synchronized daily routine.

Like a choreographed dance, we move through each day with as much precision as possible to get everyone where they’re supposed to be and everything accomplished that needs done.

Let me tell you, with a busy little guy, there is a steady stream of activities to tackle — in addition to all the regular chores and work that accompany adulting.

These days, I’m on a mission to not lose my mind. Fingers crossed and wish me luck! 😉

We’ve got a lot of moving pieces in each moment.. so I’m planning ahead and simplifying anywhere I can.

One great spot to plan ahead? The kitchen.

I’m implementing a rock star menu that means we have yummy family dinners on the table, with a great variety so that no one gets bored.

Great Kid Dinners

Like many kiddos, the boys in my family can be a little picky when it comes to food. I’m always happy when I can find options that they love and request. It makes my job so much easier!

Dino Buddies are a favorite, especially for those busy days where I’m trying to get a billion things done at once.

Even picky eaters cheer when Dino Buddies show up — the fun dinosaur shapes are hard to resist and I love ’em because they’re a nutritious option I can feel good about serving.

Dino Buddies Chicken Nuggets

They’re made from boneless, skinless, white chicken breast meat and are packed with protein and Omega-3. They’re ready in just minutes, which busy little me loves.

When served with a veggie and the incredible creamy mashed potatoes I’m going to share with you today, they’re the absolute perfect, complete meal a whole family can sit down to.

Let me add: Dino Buddies also make a great snack.

There are now five varieties to love: Dinosaur-Shaped Chicken Breast Nuggets, Alphabet-Shaped Chicken Breast Nuggets, Chicken Breast Mini Nuggets, Chicken Breast Mini Fries and Maple Waffle Chicken Breast Nuggets. They’re all kid-approved! 🙂

I grabbed mine while grocery shopping at Walmart, but you can check here for a retailer near you.
