Ingredients
3cupswhipped heavy cream,1½ cups heavy cream should double in volume to 3 cups, divided into 2 cups and 1 cup
½cupfreshly squeezed lemon juice
½cupsweetened condensed milk
3cupsice
Instructions
Place 2 cups of whipped cream, lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and ice into a blender.
Blend on high speed for approximately 15 seconds or until the mixture is an even milkshake-like consistency.
Divide the mixture between two tall, chilled glasses.
Top with the remaining whipped cream and serve immediately.
Notes
It is very important that the cream is already whipped when added to the blender. If you simply add heavy cream, the drink will have the consistency of milk.
Keep all the ingredients chilled right up until you’re going to make the drink so that everything stays cold longer.
You can adjust the sweetened condensed milk to taste. Using ½ cup for two large servings is not super sweet, so you can add more for a sweeter lemonade.
You can add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the last cup of the whipped cream and whisk it in just before topping the whipped lemonades for a sweetened whipped cream topping.
