This cheesy, hot-dip takes only minutes to make and is sure to please the whole crew.
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- ½ can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 3 ounces diced green chilies
Cut cheese into cubes and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Pour in tomatoes and green chilies, with juices.
Microwave on high in 1 minute intervals until it’s melted, stirring in between.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
TIP: Don't drain your tomatoes or chilies before adding them to the bowl. You want all those yummy and flavorful juices as part of your dip.
TIP: To keep this dip warm for a longer period of time, put it in a slow cooker and set it to low heat. Stir periodically to keep your dip nice and creamy.
