diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions
Cut cheese into cubes and place in a microwave safe bowl.
Pour in tomatoes and green chilies, with juices.
Microwave on high in 1 minute intervals until it’s melted, stirring in between.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Don't drain your tomatoes or chilies before adding them to the bowl. You want all those yummy and flavorful juices as part of your dip.
To keep this dip warm for a longer period of time, put it in a slow cooker and set it to low heat. Stir periodically to keep your dip nice and creamy.
