Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine coconut flour, natural peanut butter, and smashed peanuts, and ¾ package Truvia in a medium bowl. The batter should be sticky, but not thin. If the batter is too thin then add ¼ additional cup of coconut flour.
Place the peanut butter mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine dark chocolate, coconut oil, and a ¼ packet of Truvia Sweetener. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, and return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir well.
Take peanut butter mixture out of the refrigerator and roll into bite-size balls. Using a spoon, dip each ball in chocolate and then place on the parchment paper.
Refrigerate balls until ready to eat.
