Ingredients
1cupflour
2teaspoonssalt
2teaspoonspepper
1tablespoongarlic powder
1tablespoononion powder
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspooncayenne pepper,optional
4eggs,beaten
1(8.5-ounce) bagruffles potato chips,crushed
4boneless and skinless chicken breasts,sliced
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, add eggs, and whisk to combine.
In a third separate bowl, add crushed chips.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using tongs, dip chicken in flour, then dip chicken in egg wash, then dip the chicken in the crushed potato chips making sure to coat the entire piece.
Place the chicken strips on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet and place them in the oven.
Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

You can crush the chips right in the bag using a rolling pin.
Make sure to shake off any excess flour and egg before coating in the potato chips to prevent the coating from becoming soggy.
Flip the chicken tenders over halfway through cooking to ensure both sides get crispy and brown.
