Ingredients
4ouncescream cheesesoftened to room temperature
2teaspoonsclear vanilla flavoring
3.4ouncescheesecake flavored instant pudding
1⅔cupswhole milk
8ouncesCool Whipthawed
14.3ouncesOreoscrushed (reserve 8 whole cookies, with 5 broken in half, for garnish)
2½cupsmini marshmallows
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with the vanilla flavoring until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on high speed to blend the instant pudding mix with the milk for about 1½ to 2 minutes, until it starts to thicken.
Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding and continue mixing for another 1 to 1½ minutes until smooth.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Fold in the crushed Oreos and mini marshmallows, stirring just until evenly combined.
Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl and garnish with the reserved cookies. Serve immediately.

Notes
If you’re out of clear vanilla flavoring, you can use vanilla extract instead, but it will give the cream cheese mixture a slightly beige color.
You can prepare this dessert the night before, but keep in mind that the longer the cookies sit in the pudding mixture, the softer they will become.
