Ingredients
2
cups
frozen mango chunks
2
cups
frozen pineapple chunks
1
cup
Greek yogurt
1
cup
milk,
adjust for desired thickness
4
tablespoons
honey,
adjust to taste
Sliced pineapple rings or mango slices,
for garnish
Whipped cream,
for optional garnish
Instructions
Measure and have all ingredients ready. If the frozen fruits are large, chop them for easier blending.
Place the frozen mango and pineapple in the blender.
Pour in the Greek yogurt, milk, and honey.
Blend from low to high, increasing speed as needed until smooth.
Check the consistency and adjust. If it is too thick, add more milk and blend again.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
Top with fresh pineapple or mango slices.
Optional: Add whipped cream for extra creaminess.
Serve immediately for a cold, refreshing treat.
Notes
For an even colder and thicker smoothie, you can freeze the Greek yogurt in ice cube trays before blending.
To easily chop frozen fruits, use a sharp knife and apply slight pressure to break them into smaller pieces before blending.
If you like your smoothie more liquid, add a bit more milk, and if you prefer it thicker, reduce the amount of milk.
If you're using a high-speed blender, the blending time might be shorter, so keep an eye on the consistency to avoid over-blending.
