1 Freezer-safe tray (like the one that comes with the FROZIP popsicle bags)
1 small food safe funnel (like the one that comes with the FROZIP popsicle bags)
Ingredients
4cupscream soda(I used the A&W brand)
⅔cupFireball whisky
Instructions
In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the cream soda and Fireball whisky. Stir gently to help settle the bubbles from the soda carbonation. You want there to be as few bubbles as possible.
Insert the plastic funnel into the open end of one popsicle bag and slowly pour the cream soda and Fireball whisky combination to the fill line of the popsicle bag.
Seal the bag and lay it down flat on the freezer-safe tray.
Repeat with the remaining Fireball cinnamon roll liquid filling all the popsicle bags.
Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours, but an overnight freeze is best.
Notes
If you choose a different brand of disposable popsicle bags, your yield may vary since sizes can differ. I prefer the Frozip brand because it includes a food-safe funnel, which makes filling the bags much easier.
You’ll have plenty of bags for making both adult and kid-friendly popsicles all summer. To keep the texture smooth, try not to stir the soda too vigorously so you don’t create excess bubbles.
For the easiest filling, place the bag inside a tall cup to hold it upright. This frees both hands so you can steady the funnel and pour the liquid without spills.
