Ingredients
6.8ouncesvanilla pudding
2cupsmilk
1cupwhipped heavy cream,½ cup liquid will yield 1 cup whipped
1vanilla wafer cookies

1cupchocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding and 2 cups of milk until smooth. It will be very thick.
Mix in the whipped heavy cream and place the mixture into the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
Lay half the vanilla wafers out with the flat side up on a wire rack. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture onto the wafers. Place the other half of the vanilla wafers on top.
Place the chocolate chips into a bowl and heat in 30-second intervals in the microwave until they are melted and smooth.
Dip one side of the vanilla wafers into the melted chocolate.
Lay the cookies back onto the wire rack and place them back into the fridge for 10 minutes to set.
Notes
When mixing the pudding and milk together, make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl while stirring to ensure all ingredients are properly combined.
For a stronger chocolate flavor, add a teaspoon of cocoa powder into the melted chocolate chips before dipping the vanilla wafer cookies in.
