Spray inside of the crockpot with non-stick spray.
Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and packet of ranch seasonings. Make sure they are all mixed together well. Set aside.
Place the pork chops on the bottom of the crockpot.
Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each pork chop.
Pour the soup and ranch seasoning mixture over the top of the potatoes and pork chops. Spread it evenly over the top.
Place the potatoes on top of the pork chops, spooning some of the soup mixture over them to cover.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Optional garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
You can sear the pork chops in a hot skillet, about a minute per side before putting them in the Crockpot if you want a nice golden brown sear color.
If you’re short on time, you can leave the searing step out and let the Crockpot do all the work.
If you use boneless pork chops or a thinner cut of pork, chop your potatoes into eighths to make sure they cook through evenly.
The potatoes can also be put on the bottom of the crockpot under the pork chops to ensure they get done at the same time.
