Ingredients
2ouncesRumchata liquor
2ouncesFireball whiskey
Spray can whipped cream
Cinnamon toast crunch cereal
Cinnamon sugar,for the rim
Instructions
Use a clean, damp paper towel to moisten the rim of two shot glasses.
Place cinnamon sugar in a shallow dish and dip the rim of each shot glass into the cinnamon sugar.
Fill a martini shaker with ice.
Add 2 ounces of Rum Chata and 2 ounces of Fireball whiskey to the shaker. Shake it vigorously.
Divide the liquid between the two shot glasses.
Top the shot with a squirt of whipped cream and a piece of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.
Notes
RumChata is a creamy liqueur made with cream, sugar, rum, cinnamon, and vanilla. It’s similar to Irish cream but with a noticeable cinnamon note. The flavor of this shot is often compared to the milk left in the bowl after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
This recipe yields 2 shots, but it can easily be doubled if you’re making more.
The whipped cream adds a creamy finish and softens some of the whisky’s spiciness, though it does make the shot a bit harder to take in one go.
