Notes
Be sure to use good quality pineapple juice, not a pineapple juice cocktail, for this beach water drink.
Make sure to strain your drink after shaking it in the cocktail shaker. This will help catch any small chunks of ingredients left over from shaking and give your drink a smoother texture.
Impress the person you are making this tasty drink for (if not yourself) as you add the Sprite because it makes your blue ocean drink look like there are white caps from the wave on top of their drink. This is from the carbonation being added at the end. I do not suggest adding lemon-lime soda to the cocktail shaker as you may make a mess from the expanding carbonated soda. You can skip the cocktail shaker and add ingredients to your crushed ice-filled glass in the order written. You will just need to give your drink a little stir before serving.
