3Fuji apples(medium-sized, washed, cored, and diced)
2Granny Smith apples(medium-sized, washed, cored, and diced)
2teaspoonslemon juice(real lemon juice, not bottled)
1¾cupsminiature marshmallows
1½cupscelery(diced)
1cupwalnuts(roughly chopped)
½cupmayonnaise
⅓cupsour cream
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
Instructions
Add the diced Fuji and Granny Smith apples to a large salad bowl, then pour the lemon juice over them and stir until all the pieces are evenly coated.
Add the miniature marshmallows, diced celery, and chopped walnuts to the apples, then stir until everything is well combined.
