This strawberry banana cheesecake salad is the perfect mix of sweet and tangy, with luscious strawberries, sweet bananas and a creamy cheesecake filling that will make your taste buds sing.
4cupsfresh strawberrieswashed, tops removed, hulled, and quartered (reserve ½ cup for garnish)
2½cupsripe bananaspeeled and sliced (slice just before you are ready to serve, reserve ½ cup for garnish)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to beat the softened cream cheese for 1 to 1½ minutes, until smooth.
Add the sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese, then continue beating for 1½ to 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the yogurt and whipped topping until evenly combined, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Right before serving, carefully fold in the 3½ cups of strawberries and 2 cups of sliced bananas, then garnish with the reserved strawberries and banana slices.

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so the mixture blends smoothly without lumps.
You can chill the cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator overnight before adding the fresh fruit.
To keep the banana slices from browning, toss them in lemon juice before adding them to the salad.
