72.5ouncescut green beans,drained (five 14.5 ounce cans)
¾cupbrown sugar,packed
⅓cupsalted butter,melted
¼cuplow-sodium soy sauce
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
2teaspoonsonion powder
1teaspoonfresh cracked black pepper
16ouncessmoked bacon,cooked and crumbled (454-gram package)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly spread the drained cut green beans in the bottom of the sprayed baking dish.
Add the brown sugar, melted butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cracked black pepper to a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Evenly pour the brown sugar mixture over the green bean layer.
Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the top of the green beans. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
