  • 1 big onion
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 cup of Minute Rice
  • 1 package of frozen California blend vegetables  broccoli and cauliflower
  • 2 sticks of Oleo or butter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • Dice the onion and saute in a skillet with 1 stick of Oleo until translucent, then add other ingredients, except bread crumbs, and stir will.
  • Add to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and dot evenly with Oleo.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and bread crumbs are browned.
