Using the oven to cook bacon might seem strange but once you have tried Oven Baked Bacon, there’s no turning back. It is easy to make and creates the best, most reliable bacon, regardless of how thick the meat is.

  • 1 package bacon


  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Arrange bacon slices in single layer on parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven, flip each piece over, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until it reaches your preferred level of crispiness. For thick sliced bacon, cook on 20 minutes for each side.
  • Place baked bacon slices on papertowels, under and over bacon, to dab up extra grease.
