Instructions
Add cold water to Instant Pot.
Insert steamer rack that came with your unit.
Add eggs in a single layer.
Lock lid and set the steam vent to sealed.
Press manual mode twice to turn off the warm function.
Set to low pressure, 10 minutes.
Once the cook cycle is complete, perform a quick release.
Unlock and remove the lid.
Using a pair of tongs, carefully move all eggs to a bowl filled with ice water.
Leave to cool until easy to handle, about 3 minutes.
Remove eggs from ice bath and watch as the shells practically jump off your perfectly cooked eggs.

Notes
Both fresh eggs and older eggs come out perfectly using this Instant Pot method of cooking them.
It's important to use cold water as warm water or hot water may alter the cooking time.
If you want eggs that have softer yolks, you will want to reduce the cooking time by a few minutes. You may have to experiment with your specific Instant Pot to get your egg yolks just the way you like them.
