Notes
I like to cut this recipe in half and make a smaller amount of a couple of different flavors to keep in my refrigerator to give myself some flavor varieties in the mornings with my cup of coffee. When you cut this recipe in half, the homemade creamer stores perfectly in half-pint mason jars. You can label and stack them in your refrigerator for the week, and everyone can enjoy their favorite flavors.
When labeling your jar of homemade coffee creamer, you will want to take note of the expiration date on your container of half & half to be sure that you write the appropriate date. I like to use the dissolvable labels from the Ball brand that are used when canning fruits and vegetables. They are found online or where you purchase your home canning products.
