12mini pretzels
6marshmallowshalved
⅓cuppeanut butter chips
1teaspooncorn oil
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
2teaspoonscorn oil
Snowflake sprinkles
Instructions
Set a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet.
Lay the pretzels on top of the rack and then place half of a marshmallow on each pretzel.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter chips and 1 teaspoon of corn oil in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each increment.
Add a spoonful of the melted peanut butter chips on top of each marshmallow and let set.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of corn oil in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each increment.
Pour melted chocolate over each marshmallow pretzel.
Sprinkle snowflake sprinkles on top of the chocolate.
Adjust each pretzel slightly to break any drips attached to the wire rack.
Serve once the chocolate has set completely.
Notes
TIP: Using the cooling rack will allow any excess chocolate to drip through and not pool around the base of the pretzels.TIP: To easily cut marshmallows in half, very lightly coat scissors or a knife with cooking spray so that the marshmallow doesn't stick to them.
