Ingredients
3cupschicken,fully cooked and diced
1packagedry onion soup mix
1cancream of mushroom soup
1cancream of chicken soup
2¼cupsmilk
¾cupsour cream
½cupwater
2cupsminute rice,uncooked
salt and pepper,to taste
parsley,for an optional garnish
Instructions
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together (except the optional parsley for garnish).
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Remove the foil cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes (or until golden brown).
