Ingredients
1poundseedless green grapes, removed from the stem and rinsed clean
12ouncesWatermelon White Claw(1 ½ cups)
3ouncesvodka
1tablespoonfresh squeezed lime juice
½cupgranulated sugar
Instructions
To a medium container (that has a lid) add the seedless green grapes, watermelon White Claw, vodka and fresh lime juice. Make sure that all your grapes are covered in the watermelon White Claw mixture. Cover with the lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 8-12 hours or up to 24 hours.
Line a medium rimmed baking sheet tray with a piece of parchment paper.
To a shallow bowl add the granulated sugar. Set aside.
Transfer the soaked green grapes to a strainer and allow as much of the watermelon White Claw liquids to drain off of the grapes as possible.
Roll 6-8 grapes in the granulated sugar until fully coated. Using a large slotted spoon, lift the sugar coated grapes, allowing all the excess sugar to drop back into the bowl, and transfer them to the prepared sheet pan. Repeat until all the grapes have been fully coated in sugar. Be sure that your grapes are in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Place the pan of sugar coated watermelon White Claw grapes into the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or until the grapes freeze completely.
Remove the frozen watermelon White Claw grapes from the sheet pan and serve immediately.
Choose grapes that are firm and plump for the best texture after freezing. Avoid overripe grapes, as they may become too mushy after being soaked in liquid.
Notes
To maximize flavor, occasionally shake the container gently to redistribute the liquids and ensure all grapes are marinated evenly.
Gently pat the grapes dry with clean paper towels to remove any surface moisture that could cause the sugar to clump.
Make sure the grapes are not touching each other on the tray to prevent them from freezing together.
If you're not serving them right away, transfer the frozen grapes to a freezer-safe container with a lid. They can be stored in the freezer and enjoyed for up to 2 months.
