For the bread:

  • 2 eggs
  • 5.3 ounces Oikos Oh! Lemon Sweet Cream Delight
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon poppyseeds

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Oikos Oh! Lemon Sweet Cream Delight
  • zest from ½ lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar


  • In a large bowl, add the eggs and beat on high for 60-90 seconds until they are foamy.
  • Add the yogurt, vanilla and oil then mix until smooth.
  • Add the zest and lemon juice and mix.
  • Sift together the dry ingredients (minus the poppyseeds).
  • Add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in poppyseeds.
  • Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before glazing.
  • To make the glaze, whisk together all of the glaze ingredients.
