Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter and jelly.
Cut the crust off each slice of bread. Roll each slice out until it’s thin and flat.
Spread a layer of pb&j on one slice of bread. Top with another slice and spread another layer on top.
Roll the sandwich up and cut into 4 equal pieces.
