Instructions
Add dates, cherries and cashews to the bowl of a food processor.
Blend on medium and slowly add water until mixture comes together and forms a ball.
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour mixture into the pan.
Place a second layer of parchment paper on top and press mixture into pan, making one even layer.
Chill and cut into 8 bars.
Wrap in parchment paper.
