8ouncesfull fat cream cheesesoftened
½tablespoonroasted garlic paste
1cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1cupparmesan cheesefinely grated
4boneless skinless chicken breasts
¾teaspooncoarsely ground black pepper
½teaspoongarlic salt
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, garlic paste, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese until fully combined.
Place chicken breasts in a 9 x 13 glass or casserole baking dish.
Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic salt or any seasonings you desire.
Pat cream cheese mixture over chicken breasts until they are fully coated.
Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the cheese coating is browned and bubbly.
