Ingredients
For the crust:

of cooked spaghetti noodles

butter

of grated parmesan cheese

For the filling:

of ground beef or pork sausage

of chopped onion

chopped green pepper

8 oz cut up tomatoes (I like to use fresh tomatoes but you can also use canned)

can of tomato paste

of sugar

of dried oregano

of garlic salt

of cottage cheese

cup
of mozzarella cheese
shredded
Instructions
For the crust:
Cook the spaghetti noodles. Once cooked, mix with butter, parmesan cheese, and well-beaten eggs.
Press this mixture into a crust in a 10-12 inch pie plate.
For the filling:
Cook the meat until browned along with diced green pepper and chopped onion. Drain and return to the pan.
Next, add in the tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, and garlic salt and heat through.
Preheat oven to 375*.
Spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti noodle crust. Then pour in the meat/sauce mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional five minutes, until cheese is melted.
